First rinse off your salmon,then use a pinch of salt and pepper to both sides of salmon.
Mix in a small bowl,room temperature butter with a pinch of salt,and pepper,garlic powder,a pinch of rosemary and thyme .Keep off to the side.
In cast iron skillet pour in a little cooking oil,on medium heat then add your salmon cook until you get the browned side,then do the other side,squeeze a half lemon on top.Only a few minutes ,do not over cook or make it dry.
Let rest on baking sheet ,then on top add your lemon garlic butter to top,and a few thinly sliced lemons ,place in oven on 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
Prepare water for pasta ,add a pinch of salt and oil to water,bring to a boil add your spaghetti,then strain.
In skillet add a stick of butter,,cook on low to medium heat,add in minced garlic,a pinch of parsley and a pinch of salt,pepper ,and I like to add a light sprinkle of granulated garlic powder(I love garlic),squeeze a whole lemon,then toss your pasta to this sauce add a little romano cheese.
Add frozen or fresh veggies with a little butter to top of pasta,then your salmon,garnish with lemon slices and a little greenery,scallions,parsley. Enjoy
