Yummy Deviled Eggs recipe
Its no secret that I love cooking, it is one of my favorite things to do aside spending time with family .
My chickens have been so good to us , we go outside everyday and and there are so many fresh eggs. So quite frankly I have an over abundance of them. So I figured why not make some deviled eggs for my hubby and son.
So I washed up all my chicken eggs ,boiled them and made deviled eggs. This recipe is so easy , it doesn’t take much time at all. It is great for any day of the week or a party favorite!
True confession here, they don’t last long in this house because they pop them in their mouths like eating potato chips. Poof they are gone!!!
*Boil one dozen eggs in pan for about 15 minutes
*peel the shells, rinse , then cut in halves, place yolks in a bowl
*take a fork mix well with 3-4 tablespoons mayo
*a squirt of mustard
*pinch of salt
*pinch of pepper
*pinch garlic powder(not too much)
*mix together until creamy smooth texture
*take a plastic freezer bag, fill with yolk mixture, cut tip, then pipe into hollow of half cut boiled egg
*sprinkle a little paprika on top
*I used chopped scallions for this recipe
However I use olives , chives or you can use what ever you like on top!
Eat Up and enjoy!
